At 5 litres the Mini Shallow is a mixing dish rather than a bucket — 28.5cm across the top, 23.5cm at the base and 10.5cm deep, so you can see and reach every part of it. Blue is the colour most people give to anything holding water.

It weighs 0.1kg empty, which is light enough to hold in one hand while stirring with the other, and the flexible rim pinches into a spout to tip a mix into a feed bucket. Blue is one of the shades Red Gorilla list as BPA free.

How to Use

• Squeeze the rim between finger and thumb to make a pouring lip when decanting.
• Rinse in warm water with a mild detergent and stand it upside down to drain.
• Nest several together on a shelf — they stack flat and take up very little room.
• Wipe dry before storing powders or supplements in it.
