The green version of Agrifence's 12mm Easytape, catalogued as G12, on a 200 metre reel. Construction is identical to the white — poly mesh woven with stainless steel wires — and the only difference is what it looks like against a hedge.

Green is the choice where the fence should not dominate the view: a paddock beside a house, a line along a garden boundary, a field in a conservation area or anywhere a bright white band would look intrusive. The trade-off is honest — green is less visible to stock than white, so it suits established animals on a known line rather than youngstock meeting electric fence for the first time.

How to Use

• Run through ring insulators on wooden posts or tape slots on plastic posts.
• Keep the tape flat and tension by hand; a twist frays the weave.
• Join with a tape connector clamping across all the stainless wires, never a knot.
• Reel back in for storage rather than bundling loose.
• Inspect joins each season and clean any corrosion off the contact faces.
