Allen & Page Baby Chick Crumbs – 20kg
A complete crumb for chicks from hatching through to 6–8 weeks, at 17.5% protein. The first weeks set the frame a bird carries for life, so getting the protein and amino acid balance right matters more here than at any later stage.
Made with source-identity preserved, non-GM ingredients, and notably free from synthetic amino acids — the lysine and methionine come from natural sources rather than being added in. Linseed supplies omega-3, and herbs and seaweed support natural health. The 20kg bag suits a larger hatch or a rearing operation.
<>Performance & Benefits

- Herbs and seaweed support natural health.
- Designed for a gradual changeover to Grower pellets.
Suitable For
- Chicks from hatching to 6–8 weeks of age.
- Larger hatches and rearing operations.
- Keepers wanting non-GM, traceable ingredients.
Feeding

- Transition to Grower pellets gradually over 5–6 weeks, mixing increasing amounts of the new feed.
- Do not mix with mixed corn — chicks that fill up on corn will not get the protein they need.

Composition & Analysis
- Composition: wheat, wheat feed, full fat soya, peas, linseed expeller, maize gluten, di-calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, yeast, salt, sodium bicarbonate, herbs and seaweed. 20kg.

- A 20kg bag is a large quantity for a small hatch. Store sealed and dry, and check freshness before feeding — the 5kg bag suits a few chicks better.
