A complete feed for growing geese and ducks, formulated deliberately to encourage a slower, more natural growth rate. That is the opposite of a commercial finisher ration, and it is what a smallholder rearing their own birds usually wants — fast growth in waterfowl causes leg and joint problems, and a bird grown steadily does better on every measure.
Because it is built for steady growth it can be fed ad lib without rationing, from 3–4 weeks of age through to finish. Non-GM and soya free, with prebiotics for digestive health, and completely free of antibiotics, coccidiostats and growth promoters — which is what makes it safe where poultry are kept alongside waterfowl.

Feeding
- Feed from 3–4 weeks of age until finish.
- May be fed ad lib as a complete diet.
- Waterfowl must be able to drink while eating — always site water alongside the feed.
- Provide access to suitable grit.

- Composition: wheat, field beans (fava), wheat feed, linseed, peas, pea protein, grass, di-calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, salt, yeast, sodium bicarbonate, rapeseed oil, seaweed, fructo-oligosaccharides, mannan-oligosaccharides, inulin. 20kg.
- Per kg: vitamin A 6,700 iu, vitamin D3 2,000 iu, vitamin E 29mg, iron 9mg, zinc 19mg, manganese 22mg, iodine 0.47mg, selenium 0.1mg.
- Allen & Page do not publish crude protein and fibre figures for this product. Refer to the sack label.
Care & Caution
- A grower and finisher ration. Move breeding birds onto Goose & Duck Breeder Pellets before the laying season, as this feed does not carry the calcium a bird in lay needs.
- Waterfowl must have water available whenever feed is offered.
