Beco Super Stick Natural Rubber Dog Toy – Yellow

A rubber stick built to do the job a real one does badly. Wooden sticks splinter, and the injuries they cause — punctures to the tongue, palate and throat — are among the nastier things a vet sees after a walk. The Super Stick is springy natural rubber with hollow ends, so it takes a chew without shedding anything sharp.

One end is weighted to carry further when you throw it, and yellow shows up in long grass far better than the orange alternative does in autumn. The hollow ends take nut butter or paste, which turns a fetch toy into something a dog will lie down and work at afterwards.

How to Use

• Throw it as you would a stick; the weighted end does the work

• Check both ends after each session for splits or missing rubber

Care & Caution

• Pick the toy to suit the dog's size and jaw — a stick that fits wholly in the mouth is the wrong toy

• Contact a vet without delay if any part is swallowed
• Keep away from children; this is not a toy for them
