Baby Fresh is the plainest shampoo in the Buddycare line and the one to reach for when a dog simply needs washing rather than treating. Buddycare build it on the same mild surfactant system used in baby products — cocamidopropyl betaine with olefin sulfonate — so it lathers properly on a muddy coat without the sharp stripping feel of a household detergent.

The scent is baby powder rather than fruit, which suits owners who find the sweeter shampoos overpowering in a small bathroom. Aloe vera leaf juice and pro-vitamin B5 sit near the end of the ingredient list, and the bottle is pH balanced for canine skin, which is less acidic than our own.

How to Use

• Wet the coat right through with warm water before you start.
• Work the shampoo into a lather from the neck backwards, keeping it away from the eyes.
• Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear, then dry.
• If any gets in the eyes, rinse them with water.
• Buddycare quote a 20:1 dilution ratio for salon use from the larger bottles.
• Keep out of reach of children.
