Equilibrium Munch Net, Small Hole

A small net built to hold a single 1kg Munch block rather than a haynet's worth of hay, with a mesh fine enough that the horse has to work the block through it a little at a time. Fed loose, a block is gone in minutes; in the net it lasts as long as a small haynet, which is the whole point of buying one.

It takes any 1kg block from the Equilibrium range — Vitamunch Marvellous Meadow, Vitamunch Heavenly Hedgerow, Calmmunch and LiteMunch — and it is compact enough to hang in a lorry or trailer, or to give a horse something to do while it stands for the farrier, the vet or the physio. It is an EU Registered Design.

How to Use

• Place a 1kg Munch block into the net and pull the cord tight.
• Hang securely at head height or above, so the net stays high as it empties.
• Check the net over for damage before each use.
• Rinse and hang to dry if a soaked block has been fed in it.

Care & Caution

• An empty net hangs low and a shod foot can go through the mesh. Always tie it high and remove it once the block has gone.
• Never leave the net loose on the stable floor or within reach of a pawing foot.
