KM Elite Padded Headcollar – Black, Small (Large Pony)

This is KM Elite's Padded Headcollar in black, size Small — which in KM Elite's own sizing is their Large Pony fitting, not a small pony. Black is the colour that stays looking right longest, and it is the one most people choose when the headcollar will be used every day rather than kept for shows.

The webbing is double- and triple-weave lined nylon, which gives it the substance a thin single-layer headcollar lacks, and the headpiece and noseband are padded to spread pressure. All the fittings are brass-coloured.

How to Use

• Fit the noseband about two fingers' width below the cheekbone, leaving two fingers' room between the noseband and the nose.
• Adjust the headpiece so the throat lash clip sits clear of the cheek.
• Hand wash in warm water and air dry naturally; KM Elite say not to tumble dry it.
• Hang it by the headpiece so the noseband keeps its shape.
