NAF Off Citronella Wash – 500ml

A no-rinse body wash that cleans the coat and leaves citronella behind on it. It sits between a shampoo and a repellent: the sweat and dust come out after work, and the citronella carries on masking the scents that draw flies to the horse for a while afterwards.

Because there is nothing to rinse off, it is genuinely practical at a show or on a yard with no hot water — sponge on, scrape off, put the rug back. NAF make it in 500ml and 1L; this is the smaller bottle.

Performance & Benefits
  • No-rinse wash — sponge on and sweat scrape off, with no hosing.
  • Citronella oil left on the coat to help mask fly-attracting scents.
  • Lifts sweat and dust out of the hair after work.
  • Useful at shows, in lorries and on yards without a wash bay.
  • Leaves a clean summer scent that lingers on the coat.
<>
Suitable For
  • Washing down after work through the fly season.
  • Shows and events where a full bath is impractical.
  • Horses already on the NAF Off Citronella spray or gel.
  • Everyday summer grooming.
  • It is a wash rather than a full-strength repellent — NAF Off Citronella Spray 750ml is what to use for turnout protection.
<>
How to Use

  • Work with the lie of the coat, then sweat scrape off the excess.

  • Use a separate damp cloth around the face, keeping clear of the eyes.
