Pure Feed Pure Stud – Low-Starch Complete Feed for Breeding Horses & Youngstock, 15kg
Pure Stud – Complete Feed for Breeding Stock & Youngstock, 15kg
Pure Stud is built around the thing growing and breeding horses need most and are most often short of: quality protein with the right amino acid profile. Protein is 14% with lysine at 5.6 g/kg and methionine at 1.2 g/kg, and the vitamin and mineral fortification is lifted to support bone development in youngstock and the demands of late pregnancy and lactation in a mare.
What separates it from most stud feeds is the fibre and starch balance. Fibre is 38% — the highest in the Pure range — and starch just 4%, so the ration is built on grass chaff and oil rather than cereal. That matters in a breeding population, where both excitable behaviour and developmental orthopaedic problems track with high-starch diets. It is BETA NOPS and UFAS certified.
