Feeding

• Introduce gradually over 7–10 days.
• Feed according to bodyweight, workload and condition.
• Split the daily ration into several small meals rather than one large feed.
• Feed alongside good quality forage, with free access to clean, fresh water.

• Composition: crushed oats, lucerne pellets, barley flakes, maize flakes, cane molasses, soya bean meal (GM soya), soya flakes (GM soya), wheatfeed, soya oil (GM soya), pea flakes, dried sugar beet pulp, calcium carbonate, monocalcium phosphate, sodium chloride, soya hulls (GM soya), sunflower seed meal, mixture of flavouring compounds. 20kg.
• Crude protein 13.5%. Crude oil 6.5%. Crude fibre 10.0%. Starch 26.0%. Digestible energy 13.0 MJ/kg.
• Per kg: vitamin A 15,000iu, vitamin D 2,300iu, vitamin E 540iu, live yeast 2.5 x 10¹⁰ CFU.

Care & Caution

• Starch is high at 26%. Not suitable for horses prone to laminitis, gastric ulcers or tying-up.
• Observe starch limits per meal — no more than 1g per kg bodyweight in a single feed.
