Turquoise blue is the cooler of the Aztec colourways, a mid blue-green that suits a kitchen where terracotta would clash. Mechanically it is identical to its terracotta sibling: 19 x 19 x 8cm, 1.6 litres, heavy stoneware with a white wax resist pattern fired under the glaze.

Capacity is what separates this bowl from the smaller Aztecs. 1.6 litres will hold a day of drinking water for a large dog, which means a bowl that is topped up once rather than watched, and a dog that is not left short on a warm afternoon.
