The Forth is one of Smart Garden's Classic wall brackets, a scrolled steel arm sized so that a 16 or 18 inch hanging basket hangs clear of the wall instead of scraping down the brickwork. The same arm takes a lantern, a bird feeder or a small hanging planter, which is why most people end up buying two and using them for different things.

It is a plain, powder-finished bracket with a pre-drilled backplate — no spring, no swivel, nothing to seize up.
