How to Use

• Set the saucer level before the pot goes on it; a tilted saucer empties itself.
• Stand the pot on feet or spacers inside the saucer if you want the drainage hole clear of standing water.
• In summer, let the saucer hold water for an hour or two, then tip out what has not been taken up.
• Empty it in autumn and winter — standing water sours compost and rots roots.
• Wipe the glaze with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive pads on the gloss finish.
