Agrifence Megapost Green – 140cm

The Megapost is the heavier of Agrifence's plastic posts, built around a reinforced spine and a redesigned tread, and at 140cm it stands tall enough to carry a top strand at a height a horse will not lean over. Agrifence recommend it specifically for larger ponies and horses, or anywhere a more visible fence is wanted.

The extra section in the spine is what you notice in use: it takes repeated treading in and pulling out without flexing away at the ground line the way a lighter post does. Eleven moulded clip points take wire, rope or tape, and the moulding is self-insulating, so nothing else has to be bought to make the line live.

How to Use

• Tread the post in against the foot plate until it stands without rocking.
• Set the top strand at a height the horse meets at chest level.
• Bring post spacing in on slopes, corners and soft ground.
• Switch the energiser off before adding or moving a strand.
• Store the posts dry and out of direct sun over winter.
