Anco Naturals Hairy Rabbit Ears – 100g
Rabbit ears dried with the fur still attached, sold loose by weight in a 100g bag. They are the smallest of Anco's hairy chews — a rabbit ear is a fraction of the size of a cow ear — which makes them the practical hairy option for a small dog, or a short chew for a larger one that would swallow a cow ear whole.
Anco declare 46.6% protein, 33.1% fat and 2% crude ash. Rabbit gives a single animal protein most dogs have never eaten, and the fur passing through undigested is the reason hairy ears are traditionally fed for intestinal roughage.
<>Performance & Benefits
- 100% rabbit, air-dried with the fur left on.
- Fur acts as natural roughage through the digestive tract.
- Hypoallergenic novel protein, useful for dogs with sensitive stomachs.
- Small enough to suit terriers and toy breeds as a whole chew.
- Grain and gluten free, with no added colours, salt or sugar.
- Supplied loose in a 100g bag rather than a fixed count.
Suitable For
- Small dogs and puppies wanting a chew in proportion to their size.
- Dogs on an elimination diet where chicken, beef and lamb are excluded.
- Dogs with sensitive digestion that struggle with richer chews.
- A short reward between meals rather than an evening's occupation.
- Not substantial enough for a large or powerful dog — the Anco Naturals Giant Rabbit Stick is the same protein in a chew that lasts.
Feeding
- Feed as a treat or reward only. Complementary pet food, fed as part of a nutritionally balanced diet.
- Suitable for puppies from 8 weeks of age.
- Feed one or two ears at a time and adjust the main meal for what is given.
- Ensure fresh drinking water is always available.
Composition & Analysis

Care & Caution
- Anco require supervision at all times while the dog is eating this product.
- A rabbit ear is small and a large dog can take one whole — feed these to big dogs by hand, or choose a bigger chew.
- At 33.1% fat these are rich for their size; a handful adds up quickly on a dog watching its weight.
- Fresh drinking water should be available at all times.
