Poultry Spice is one of the oldest names in the British poultry cupboard: a powdered mineral supplement stirred into the feed rather than the water. It has been sold for generations for use through the moult and over winter, when birds are drawing on reserves and eating a duller diet.

It is a supplement and not a feed. The flock still needs a complete layers ration underneath it; the spice sits on top of that. This is the 450g tub.
