Buddycare Dog Facial Wash – Brightening Blueberry, 200ml

A rinse-free wash made specifically for the face, where a normal shampoo is too harsh and too hard to rinse out safely. Buddycare build it on coco glucoside and lauryl glucoside — the mildest class of surfactant they use — and add bilberry seed oil, avocado seed oil and chamomile flower water.

You pump a small amount into your hands, work it gently over the muzzle and cheeks, and leave it. That matters on a dog that dislikes having its head handled, because the whole job takes seconds rather than the minutes a rinse would need.

How to Use

• Pump a small amount into your hands.
• Massage gently over the muzzle, cheeks and folds, keeping clear of the eyes and mouth.
• Wipe away any excess with a soft cloth; there is no need to rinse.
• Work into the creases of a wrinkled face with a fingertip or a damp cloth.
• Dry the folds properly afterwards on breeds that hold moisture in them.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Care & Caution

• Keep the wash out of the eyes and mouth. It is applied to the face and left on, so how carefully it goes on matters more than with a rinsed shampoo.
• Rinse the eyes with clean water on accidental contact.
• Dry deep facial folds after cleaning — leaving them damp is what causes the soreness in the first place.
• Stop using it if the skin of the face reddens, and speak to your vet.
• Keep out of reach of children.
