Butcher's Tripe Loaf Recipes – 18 x 400g Cans

Eighteen 400g cans of loaf-texture tripe food, split six Original Tripe, six Chicken & Tripe and six Beef & Tripe. Butcher's use green tripe from grass-fed cattle rather than the bleached white tripe sold for human cooking, which is why it looks and smells the way it does — and why dogs go for it.

It is the richest of the Butcher's cases on paper: 6% fat and 98 kcal per 100g, against 82 kcal for the jelly recipes. Grain free and naturally gluten free, with salmon oil, plant fibres, chicory root and MOS alongside the meat.

Feeding

• Butcher's feed 400g cans per day: up to 1 can for a toy dog under 5kg.
• Small dogs 5–10kg: 1 to 1½ cans. Medium 10–20kg: 1½ to 2½ cans.
• Large dogs 20–30kg: 2½ to 3½ cans. Butcher's publish no row above 30kg for this recipe, so feed a bigger dog to condition.
• Serve at room temperature and keep fresh drinking water available.
• Cover an opened can, refrigerate, and use it within two days.
