Carnilove Meat Jerky Beef Fillet – 100g

The only genuinely single-protein treat in Carnilove's jerky line. Beef makes up 90% of the bar and it is the sole animal ingredient in the recipe — the remaining tenth is vegetable glycerine to keep the fillet pliable, lignocellulose for fibre, and salt. Nothing else. That matters if you are running an elimination diet and need a reward that will not undo it.

Gently dried rather than baked hard, so it tears instead of snapping. At 30.5% protein and 27.9% fat it is the leanest of the three jerky bars, which makes it the one to reach for if you are handing out a lot of them in a training session.

Performance & Benefits
  • 90% beef and no second animal protein — a true single-protein reward.
  • 30.5% crude protein and 27.9% crude fat, the lowest fat in the Carnilove jerky range.
  • 3,790 kcal/kg, so a small piece carries a lot of value.
  • Contains no chicken meat, grain, potato, soy, colourants or GMO ingredients.
  • Dried to 18% moisture, staying chewy rather than brittle.
  • Tears cleanly into smaller pieces for training.

Suitable For
  • Adult dogs of any size, as a reward or high-value training treat.
  • Dogs on a poultry-free or chicken-free regime.
  • Elimination diets where a single novel or known protein is essential.
  • Dogs that ignore biscuit treats and need something meatier.
  • Not a complete food — for a beef-based main meal, feed a complete diet such as the Carnilove Fresh Chicken & Rabbit Grain-Free Dry Dog Food alongside it only if chicken is acceptable.
<>
Feeding
  • Complementary feed. Serve as a daily reward, not as a meal replacement.
  • Dogs 1–10kg: 1–2 pieces daily.
  • Dogs 10–25kg: 2–4 pieces daily.
  • Dogs 25–50kg: 4–6 pieces daily.
  • Dogs over 50kg: 6 or more pieces daily.
  • Reduce the main meal to allow for the treats and keep fresh water available.

Care & Caution
  • A chewy dried fillet bar is easy for a fast eater to bolt whole. Break it into pieces for small dogs and for any dog that swallows without chewing.
  • At 27.9% fat this is a rich treat. Feed sparingly to dogs prone to pancreatitis or on a fat-restricted diet, and take the calories off the main meal.
  • Supervise while your dog works at it, and keep drinking water in reach.
