It is built for sterilised cats, which lose a chunk of their energy requirement after the operation and gain weight easily. Lignocellulose and yellow peas add the fibre that keeps a smaller ration satisfying, and Carnilove fortify it with taurine at 2,500mg/kg plus glucosamine and chondroitin. There are no cereals in it at all.
