Equilibrium Crunchits Horse Treats – 750g
The small bag of Crunchits, at 750g. Same recipe as the larger pack: extruded wheat and maize for the crunch, flavoured with dried beetroot, turmeric, carrot, banana and parsnip, at 4% sugar and free from molasses — which is what makes them feedable to a pony that has to stay off sugar.
At this size the bag is really for two situations: finding out whether a fussy horse likes them before committing to the 2.25kg pack, and throwing in a lorry locker for shows without carrying a large tub around. Fed at the suggested rate a 500kg horse gets through 750g in a little under a fortnight.
<>Performance & Benefits
- Sugar held to 4%, and molasses free.
- A 750g bag — easy to carry to a show or keep in a lorry locker.
- Naturally flavoured with beetroot, parsnip, carrot and banana.
- Bite-sized and extruded for a crunch horses respond to.
- The right size for trying Crunchits before buying the 2.25kg pack.
Suitable For
- All horses and ponies as an occasional treat or training reward.
- Horses and ponies prone to laminitis.
- Horses on a low-calorie or low-sugar diet.
- For a horse fed treats every day, the 2.25kg pack works out considerably better.
Feeding
- Feed as a treat, dividing the daily amount into two or more servings.
- Around 20 Crunchits a day for a 250kg pony, 40 a day for a 500kg horse.
- Always ensure plenty of clean, fresh water is available.
- Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag after use.
Composition & Analysis
- Composition: wheat, maize, dried beetroot powder (2.6%), chickpea flour, dried turmeric powder (1%), dried carrot powder (0.5%), dried banana powder (0.3%), dried parsnip powder (0.3%), calcium carbonate, blackcurrants, rosemary, pomegranate, vegetable powder, soya oil. 750g.

Care & Caution
- A treat, not a feed. Stick to the stated daily quantities — these are cereal-based and the calories add up quickly.
- Feed by hand with a flat palm, or from a bucket, to avoid nipped fingers.
