Pro Gut Balancer works on three fronts at once: 10g of fructo-oligosaccharide prebiotic, 2.5 x 10^10 cfu of live Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and 2.5g of mannan-oligosaccharide in every 30g serving. The base is whole micronised linseed at 35% oil, which brings 2.2g of omega 3 into the same scoop.
