Equine America Buteless High Strength Solution – 1 litre

This is the liquid Buteless, and it is a different formula from the powders rather than the same thing poured into a bottle. The Boswellia here is a 78% AKBA extract at 60mg per 30ml dose, with 300mg of marshmallow extract and 49mg of curcumin extract — concentrated extracts rather than the milled herbs used in the powder.

Moisture is declared at 96.2% and crude protein at 0.5%, so it adds essentially nothing to the ration but the actives. A litre runs to 66 days once the horse comes off the ten-day loading dose, which makes it one of the longer-lasting joint liquids in the range.

Feeding

• For a 500kg horse: 30ml per day for the first ten days, then reduce to maintain the response — typically 15ml per day.
