Brown is the warmer of the two Nordic Crate Mat colourways, and on the Small it reads more like a piece of furniture than kennel kit — useful when the crate lives in a kitchen or a hall rather than out of sight. The mat itself is a soft pile top on a non-slip base, washable at 40°C in one piece.

How to Use

• Lay the mat flat in the crate with the non-slip backing downwards.
• Shake it out well before washing to get loose hair off the pile.
• Machine wash at 40°C. Wash it on its own; a full mat of this pile takes up a drum.
• Dry flat and let it dry through completely before putting it back in a crate.
• Check the base of your crate measures about 61 × 46cm before ordering.
