Gorilla Tub Small 14L – Pistachio

Fourteen litres is close to the working capacity of a standard stable bucket, but the Small Gorilla Tub gets there in a different shape: 24cm high, 32cm across the top and 25cm across the base, with two handles instead of one handle over the top. That means you can set a full feed down and still get a scoop into it without fighting a bail.

Pistachio is the soft green in Red Gorilla's palette and reads as a pale, chalky colour rather than a bright one. It is worth knowing that Red Gorilla's BPA-free statement excludes their green tubs — but pistachio is a separate colour to green in their range, and this one is inside the BPA-free statement.

How to Use

• Lift by both golf-ball handles when it is full; the sides flex, so a one-handed carry lets the load swing.
• Rinse out between a hard feed and a water fill — the same tub does both, but not at once.
• Wash in warm water with a mild detergent. The interior is smooth, so there is nothing for feed to lodge in.
• If water freezes in it, flex the sides and knock the ice out rather than chipping at it.
• Store it upturned or nested inside another tub so it does not fill with rain.
