KM Elite Padded Event Bat – Black, 60cm

A 60cm jump bat with a padded, non-marking end, made by KM Elite to the current BS and BSJA standards. The padded head is the working part of it: it spreads the contact over a broad, soft surface so the cue carries without the sting and without marking the coat, which is what the standards were written to achieve.

The grip is moulded to be held securely in a gloved hand and the 60cm length keeps the bat short enough to carry over a fence and to swap hands between elements without catching on the saddle. Black is the plain, competition-safe finish.

How to Use

• Carry it in the hand, thumb over the top of the grip, with the padded end resting against the shoulder.
• Use it behind or on the shoulder as a back-up to the leg, never as a substitute for it.
• Change hands over the neck between fences rather than dropping and re-taking it.
• Wipe the padded head clean and store it hanging straight rather than leaning bent in a corner.
