How to Use

• Fit the noseband two fingers below the cheekbone, with two fingers' clearance all round.
• Clip the lead rope to the ring under the jaw. Never clip a lead rope to a bit.
• Tie to a loop of breakable baler twine, not straight to a ring, a rail or a trailer.
• Check the webbing, stitching and clip before every use and retire it at the first sign of fraying.
• Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct heat.

Care & Caution

• This is not a breakaway headcollar. Anything that will not give can catch on a gate latch, a fence post or a hind shoe.
• Do not leave it on a pony turned out unsupervised — use a field-safe breakaway headcollar for that.
• Tie only to breakable twine, so a pony that sits back frees itself rather than fighting the rope.
• Never leave a lead rope clipped on and trailing. A loose pony can put a leg through it.
