A Wubba is a squeaker in a fabric body with four long tails hanging off it, and those tails are what the toy is really about — they give a dog something to grab and shake, and they give you a handle a safe distance from the teeth. Ballistic is KONG's reinforced woven fabric with heavier stitching than the standard Wubba, which stands up to shaking and tugging better. It is still a fabric toy: KONG class the Ballistic Wubbas as light-to-moderate chew toys, not as chew-proof.
