Shakers Luvs are built long and thin on purpose. A dog grabs a toy near one end and shakes; a compact toy barely moves, while a long-bodied one whips about and rewards the effort — which is why this reindeer has arms out wide and a body that flops.

KONG put a low-toned squeaker in rather than the usual high squeal. It carries better through a mouthful of fabric, and a good many dogs that ignore a shrill squeaker will work at a deep one. This is the seasonal reindeer in a Christmas sweater.
