A Wubba is a ball head wrapped in reinforced nylon with four long tails hanging off it, and it exists because dogs like grabbing something that flails. KONG size the Large for dogs between 30 and 65 lb, around 14 to 29kg — big enough to give a Labrador a decent handful without being unwieldy for a Spaniel.

The nylon cover and stitching are the part KONG reinforce; the tails are there to be caught mid-air and yanked. There is a squeaker in the head. This is the seasonal run, so the character is a Christmas one and comes at random rather than by selection.

How to Use

Care & Caution

• The tails are fabric and will shred if a dog settles down to chew them — this is a tug toy, not a chew toy.
• Loose strips of nylon and the squeaker can be swallowed; retire the toy once the tails start to come apart.
• Keep tug games horizontal to protect teeth and neck.
• Supervise, and take it up when play stops.
