Milk thistle is one of the oldest liver herbs there is, and the reason is silymarin — a complex of bioflavonoids concentrated in the seed. Omega supply the seed itself with nothing added, so what goes in the bucket is the whole ingredient rather than a fraction of it carried on something cheaper.

The liver does more than most owners give it credit for: bile for digestion, blood proteins, clotting factors, fat processing, and a good deal of the body’s clearing-up.
