Competition Fit Balancer is a highly nutritious, low-intake performance feed for competition horses and ponies, and particularly for those prone to Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome. It delivers a dense supply of protein, vitamins and minerals at a small daily feeding rate, which makes it well suited to good-doers and horses with limited appetites who would struggle to eat a full ration of compound feed.

Micronised maize gives a slow, controlled energy release to support power, glycogen replacement and recovery after exercise, while higher levels of fibre and oil support stamina through a long season. Live yeast and Acid Buf help maintain an optimum stomach environment, and an encapsulated red apple flavour with Palatability Plus keeps intake consistent during travel and competition.

Feeding

• Introduce gradually over 7–10 days.
• Feed according to bodyweight, workload and condition.
• Feed alongside good quality forage as the basis of the ration.
• Always ensure free access to clean, fresh water.

Care & Caution

• This is a concentrated balancer. Do not exceed the recommended feeding rate, and do not feed alongside a second balancer or broad-spectrum supplement.
• Not a complete feed on its own — forage must form the basis of the diet.
