Stud Cubes are a complete, fortified cube formulated for breeding stallions, broodmares and growing youngstock. They deliver the protein, amino acids, vitamins and trace minerals that breeding and growth demand, in a traditional cube format that is practical and economical to feed across a stud yard.

Balanced nutrition promotes steady, controlled development in foals and young horses without laying on excessive condition, which matters because rapid growth places developing joints and bone under strain. Quality protein with lysine and methionine supports muscle development, tissue growth and milk production, while added calcium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, selenium, vitamin E and vitamin C support skeletal development and immune function.

Feeding

• Introduce gradually over 7–10 days.
• Feed according to bodyweight, stage of gestation or lactation, and condition.
• Feed youngstock to a growth curve rather than to appetite.
• Feed alongside good quality forage, with free access to clean, fresh water.

• Fortified with lysine, methionine, calcium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, selenium, vitamin E and vitamin C.

Care & Caution

• Overfeeding youngstock risks developmental orthopaedic disease. Feed to a growth curve and take nutritional advice if growth is uneven.
• Starch sits at 20%. Not suitable for horses prone to laminitis.
