The twelve-herb meadow treat with glucosamine hydrochloride worked into it, bought eight kilos at a time. If you are already giving an older horse a handful of treats every day, this is the version that puts a little glucosamine into the habit rather than the sweeter alternative.

Eight separately bagged kilos work out cheaper per kilo than singles and only the open bag is exposed to air. Spillers class it as a complementary feed for use alongside compound feed and forage, with a maximum of 200g a day.
