Reem Gleam is Well Gel's post-exercise wash: a cleansing and conditioning liquid meant to go into warm water and be sponged over a horse that is cooling down. Ginger, rosemary, mandarin and yarrow give it its aroma, and aloe vera and calendula oil do the conditioning underneath.

It is also sold for use as a hot cloth treatment after clipping, which is the more useful trick of the two — freshly clipped skin is often left dry and dull, and a hot cloth puts the conditioning exactly where it is needed without wetting the whole horse down in cold weather. Handmade in the UK, with no ingredient on the FEI banned substance list.
