Woof Wear Hi Viz Vest – Junior Yellow, Size M/L

Certification is what separates this vest from most of the hi viz on a yard. Woof Wear certify the yellow colourway to EN17353:2020, the current European standard for enhanced visibility clothing, which means the fluorescent fabric and the reflective panels have both been tested rather than simply described. Junior Medium/Large is the larger of the two junior fits.

The design is built around being worn over other kit: adjustable side straps and an elastic gusset let it sit over a body protector or a coat, a full-length centre zip makes it quick to put on, and two large zipped pockets take a phone and a set of keys without them working loose at a canter.

How to Use

• Fit it over your outer layer, then adjust the side straps so the vest lies flat rather than flapping.
• Zip the front fully so the reflective panels sit in one continuous line.
• Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle spin with non-biological detergent.
• Dry flat, away from direct heat, and check the reflective panels after each wash.

Care & Caution

• Reflective panels need a light source. In the dark wear lights as well — a hi viz vest is not a substitute for them.
• Do not tumble dry and do not leave the vest in strong sunlight; both break down the fluorescent dye and the reflective film.
• Replace the vest once the yellow has faded or the reflective strips have crazed. Certification applies to the garment as supplied, not to a faded one.
• Do not iron the reflective panels or wash the vest with fabric conditioner, which dulls their return.
